Accounts Assistant - Part Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join a growing and creative consultancy based in Leeds. Offering a salary of £25,000 FTE (pro rata to £10,000 for 2 days per week), this hybrid role is perfect for an experienced finance professional seeking flexibility. Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage sales and purchase ledgers, including invoicing and supplier payments
- Monitor outstanding balances and assist with credit control activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end processes
- Maintain accurate financial records within accounting systems
- Provide administrative support across payroll, HR, and compliance tasks
What Experience is Required
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 and Excel
- Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail
